Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. They just want you to get as much equipment billed to Medicare as possible and do not care if it works for the patient. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Selection is adequate, the reason it gets 2 stars. Only bus. in town certified by Humana. Wouldn't be here otherwise. Staff is pleasant but unhelpful. Selection limited. Most items have to be ordered. Not convenient. Consider online even though prices may be higher.
I've always had positive interactions with staff. Most recently I was there for CPAP machine training and pick-up. Very through instructions with a friendly respiratory therapist.
