I went to Theda Care at home to exchange a knee brace I got from my Doctor, the lady that helped me was nice and was able to exchange brace without a hassle, but while this was going on, a younger couple walked in and said they were looking for a J-Brace, the first thing out of the employee's mouth was "You need a Script for that", then added "For insurance", "Your best bet is to buy it on Amazon or another retailer", they said they were from out of town and needed one before they left, they looked at each other like can't w... read more
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. They just want you to get as much equipment billed to Medicare as possible and do not care if it works for the patient. If I could give them zero stars I would.
