We would definitely work with Common Formme (formerly Cline) again. Our condo remodel turned out amazing with custom cabinets, tile work, built ins, lighting and a completely new bathroom. Emily listened and understood what we wanted but was also able to introduce new ideas that we absolutely loved. They produce “Wow” factor results with very high quality.
My husband David Levy has already written a great review, but I have to get my 2 cents in too. I met with Emily (designer) and Tami (construction) and it was an instant rapport. We purchased a 2 bedroom, 1½ bath condo, most of which hadn't been updated since the building was built. We met with Tami & Emily and the Common Formme team and came up with a renovation plan. The Common Formme team listened to our concerns, provided solutions and worked with us and our HOA to make sure all the rules were followed. The result is that they have given us a show stopping place to live.
The Cline Company recently used my dumpster rental business to assist with one of their projects. Andrew was extremely professional and easy to work with. I would expect nothing less with their clients. Great experience working with their company and hope to work with them again in the future.
