The 5 star review made this business an immediate yes for me, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a 5 star experience. This was my first—and will be my last—visit. My son had a 7:00 appointment, but the service didn’t start until about 20 minutes late due to a delayed arrival. During the appointment, the owner had a loud disagreement with an employee, which created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present. By 7:40, only one braid had been completed. BEST PLACE IN THE REGION!!!! VERY KIND, SKILLED, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL! Calm environment, they provide snacks & TV as well. Get customer service and communication.
Man let me tell y’all my baby has good hair but she is so tender headed. My baby didn’t cry at the touch of her braiding her hair. It’s so pretty she had it done for a week and it still looks very fresh. My oldest also would complain about her hair being done to tight when she would get her hair done. To with her. My girls are 7 and 11. We have found a new stylist for them. I live in Fredericksburg and will pass up all these local shop from now on just to come to her. I called and made an appointment and the same day they took me in for knotless braids. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how incredibly clean and bright and open the place is.
