Her work is amazing I love my hair but I will say especially it being my first time it was a little bit inconvenient that the times i booked weren’t followed at all, it almost felt like she wasn’t aware I made an appointment. Karine is always top tier when it comes to my braids. She’s so flexible with her schedule and accommodating. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. I always love how my hair comes out. She’s always willing to do whatever style I ask and she tells me straight up if it will work or not.

Five stars for an amazing knotless braid experience! The service was quick, painless, and beautifully done. My braids are neat, lightweight, and exactly what I wanted.
