Yoga and meditation completely changed my life with with the help of Nick’s classes and coaching. Four years ago I started taking Nick’s yoga class at Wheelhouse and its where I learned that yoga was more than a physical workout. Nick creates and amazing environment where you feel safe to express yourself freely! His online course embodies this so well and helps me incorporate meditation and mindfulness into my everyday.
