It was a very nice new experience for me. I signed up online and it was all very simple. I did the beginner step class and it was enjoyable and intense enough to get a good sweat. Highly recommend if you are looking for more group exercise activities and interactive workouts.

Our new Secret Supper Club experience was in need of a location for our pop up event. We wanted a secluded and classy space to host this intimate dining experience. The owner was absolutely amazing and the studio space was perfect for our event. We definitely will be using this space again and again. Thanks BFFStudio you helped make our inaugural event a success.

I have been following Cece and her program for over a year now, and I really enjoy her instructional style and energy! It's a great class for beginners to advanced, check it out it's a pace for everyone.

I can't say enough about TheBFFStudio! It gives women an opportunity to come together and work on their health while having a great time. Yes, it's hard work but consistency is key and each class gets easier. I truly look forward to every workout!
