Such a disappointing experience. You pay a membership fee, and there is no single lane available for swimming. When you arrive after a 40-minute drive, despite the fact that there are a few people swimming, you must wait 2.5 hours to enter the pool, even if you are ready. The girl who said this to me may not have had empathy or sensitivity.
Discrimination against kids, you can pay full price but you can only use one tiny pool in the whole facility. Even if your child is peacefully swimming not making any fuss or splashing just swimming quietly and being told you have to move out of a pool because 1 of 5 adults in that pool doesn’t like children and the staff stick up for them and kick the kids out. It’s disgusting, it’s not worth taking your kids there.
The centre has greatly improved its outlook, it is bright and good, the number of facilities available have increased. Love it.
Excellent local pool and a good Strength for Life Gym program
We called ahead to see if the pool was open today and when we arrived at 230 they told us the pool closed at 3pm. Sure, we agreed to enter, charged full price and we'll have 30 min in the pool. 15 min later we are asked to leave as they need to clean up. Can't believe we were charged full price for only 15 min. Very disappointed!!
