So many issues have occurred in my 2 years of living here. First, there was a HUGE mouse problem for months. Maintenance lazily gave us cheap mouse traps to set up ourselves, which didn't solve the problem at all. It took weeks of the community complaining for them to finally address it seriously. Maintenance came in and found a HUGE massive hole behind our stove where mice had been eating in and there were holes throughout all the walls and in our unit. Secondly, LEAKING.
