Excellent service! Martin visited my unit to fix my light switch which was broken and then proceeded to fix other things! He noticed my doors were squeaky so fixes all the doors in my unit and even cleaned my dryer and my facet! Super impressed with the service in the building!!
Really happy living here. Jessica and Ivan from management are always helpful and make the building and amenities feel comfortable. Martin, the superintendent, is always ready to help and often takes care of issues before we even ask. He helped us with an electrical problem and also showed us how to properly use and maintain some of the appliances and filters in our unit. Also a special thank you to Mazeline from security, always positive and ready to help. Great team, great location, and a very nice place to live.
Really happy with the service in this building. The front desk and management are always helpful. Martin is always ready to help and find a solution when something comes up. And Mazelin is honestly one of the nicest people in the building. Great team overall
I’m a unit owner, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the building over the past year. The management, front desk service, cleanliness, and amenities have all improved significantly. Our superintendent, Martin, has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance with maintenance in my unit. Overall, it’s great to see the building being so well looked after.
