Worst building ever ! Fire alarms every single day—one even at 4 a.m. on a Sunday. Garbage rooms left open so the lobby smells like a dump. Doors always broken. Management? Ghosts. Won’t even answer if we’re signed up for the Ontario energy rebate. And the cherry on top—they locked us into a scam deal with Provident Energy (look up their BBB complaints) so I’m paying $150–$200/month in “utilities” for a tiny studio. Total rip-off. The fire alarm almost killed me, it went off every morning at around 5am. Crazy!
Very bad apartment building. The fire alarm goes off almost every two weeks, always in the morning, waking you up from your sweet sleep. The concierge is very unprofessional and rude! If you are considering this building, this is definitely not a good choice!
