The most incredible,moving theater I have seen in a long time! I was so disappointed when I initially found out that Ben plat was on vacation that week, especially since I paid full price and bought the tickets 3 months ago; however his understudy was incredible!!
The Music Box theater is a beautiful theater. My daughter and I had tickets for Dear Evan Hansen, in mezzanine C, which I ordinarily would not buy. However, even looking down on the stage from row D, we thoroughly enjoyed the play. We laughed and cried through the emotional performance. Unfortunately, Ben Platt was on vacation, which I didn't realize until I went online to purchase a third seat for my son visiting from Colorado. One of the best theatres I have ever been to. We had great seats for Dear Evan Hansen, which was also one of the best shows I have ever seen.
Stunning. Rips your heart out, throws it around a little and puts it back in better shape. Very moving. Incredible performances, incredible score. Don't miss this phenomenal piece of theatre history.
