No air in the theatre in the beginning of July. When you charge over a $100 per ticket and have no air, then charge $6 for water there is no excuse. You should be giving water away. The show was great but definitely very uncomfortable for everyone in attendance.
Rick was perhaps the BEST usher I have encountered in New York. He loves his job and it shows! Thanks for starting a great experience the right way!
