A certain APNP with the initials D.V. said she could help me, turned out to be a lie. Don't recommend this place. Their response was go to the ER. My vitals were fine, they wouldn't even perscribe 3 days worth of meds to get everthing straightened out. Sleezy
Horrible treatment of patients. I’ve never felt so dismissed or disheartened by a medical provider. During my recent visit, the doctor showed little compassion or willingness to understand my medical history. Instead of asking questions or reviewing my chart thoroughly, assumptions were made in a brief 10-minute conversation. More worried about the patients chart rather than the patient getting to ER or Urgent Care. Get your priorities fixed.
This negative review is directed at the elder woman at the front desk, whose surface-level people skills and negative attitude were disappointing. I attempted to get a letter for an absence due to a clinical appointment today and was met with resistance over HIPAA and “legality” concerns—which I understood.
