This negative review is directed at the elder woman at the front desk, whose surface-level people skills and negative attitude were disappointing. I attempted to get a letter for an absence due to a clinical appointment today and was met with resistance over HIPAA and “legality” concerns—which I understood. DO NOT COME HERE!! I brought my new born baby 3 days old here for her check up it’s very cold all the doctor and staff are where in winter jackets they have me undressed my newborn baby, who is already premature and make her sit there and naked while they take her temperature away her and all this stuff and tell me to keep her undressed so the doctor can check her out. Her temperature went down significantly because it was very cold in there and if adult adults are freezing in there, how do you think a newborn baby is doing?... read more
Don't waste your time seeing Katie Boerst unless you want to be treated like a number and ignored. Katie pushes her own beliefs on medications even if you tell her what has worked in the past. Also will ignore any follow up messages in regards to next steps in care. Highly recommend you go elsewhere to get better care that you deserve!
