My daughter is sick on call doctor suspected strep yet the office refused to see her because of possible covid even though we have not had any direct contact or traveled. I’m on 12 hours of trying to get my sick child seen by a doctor and 4 hours outside of immediate care still waiting. Find a better practice because NorthShore is no longer it!!
