there contracts and cancellations are a nightmare this is the most unprofessional gym ive ever seen never join and get caught up in there trap they never leave you alone let your cancel or stop charging your card

Love this gym! My daughters and husband and I highly recommend 💗 if you want to reach your fitness goals in a clean happy community this is your place! The staff are top notch!

BEWARE of the cancellation policy! I am disappointed. The gym is OK....I loved the exercise classes and the instructors, but when I was unable to continue due to an injury, and my orthopedist provided a letter for me to cancel; I was told I could not cancel unless I was permanently disabled. Funny thing is that when my nurse was giving me my note, she said" I heard that the Zoo is very difficult to cancel a membership". I guess word gets around.
