Angela's work is exceptional. However, her policies and understanding could be a little more flexible. When she had an emergency, I waited without compensation, but the moment I had an emergency, she tossed her policy and rules in my face. She requested that all my appointments be filled before a certain time because she was closing her shop down, and I was unable to meet her request, so she was going to credit me for one session. This is my second time visiting, and this is truly THE BEST FACIAL I'VE EVER RECIEVED! Can't stress enough how warm, considerate, and comfortable the entire experience was, both times! 100/10

I have been going for monthly appointments to Zone Reflexology since shortly after they opened. Angela, the owner, is magical in her reflexology work. Every time I spend an hour under her hands, I find myself transported into a different space of physical, emotional, and/or psychic rejuvenation. This review is a long time coming–my visit to The Zone was back in December 2021 and I completely forgot to leave a review, despite receiving an absolutely wonderful facial and reflexology treatment from Angela! Now I'm not the type of guy that gets facials (was actually my first time 😄) but I enjoyed it very much and my skin really glowed afterwards!
