I would strongly advise against living here. My apartment has flooded twice, both times without any warning or actionable prevention from management. Despite repeated concerns, management’s response has been dismissive, claiming “it just happens and it can happen to anyone.” Now, there is mold under my bathroom sink, which is incredibly unsafe and concerning. Gorgeous apartment complex with great amenities and very friendly and efficient management. Ethan, Jaeden, and Jackie are super helpful and always so nice. Maintenance is always so fast and on top of everything too. Would highly recommend!
Sariah is EXTREMELY rude and always hangs up in my face. Even when she worked at The Vintage.
