I have never in my life left a review and for me to leave one is a pretty bad experience. These people are straight up thieves. I was told when I first signed the lease my rent wouldn’t be anymore than 850-900 a month. first months were fine until a couple months later my rent shot up to 950 with random fees I was told I wouldn’t be charged, like trash and internet. My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Communication is one of their biggest weaknesses—it’s incredibly difficult to get a response when you need assistance. When maintenance or other issues arise, they are often not addressed promptly, and it feels like management avoids taking responsibility for resolving problems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here if you value responsive management and reliable service.

Just a heads-up for future residents to be aware of the potential hidden costs that can add up over time. After moving out, we were told utility payments were two months behind. Now we've been told they're actually three months behind. It's something we were never made aware of during the lease. Also, keep in mind that your lease includes the summer months, so you'll continue paying rent and utilities even if you're not living there during the summer.
