Sheldon and his team did an excellent job helping us sell our properties. They kept us informed throught the listing and closing process and made completing all of the paperwork very easy thru their electronic delivery methods. I would highly recommend if your are interested in buying or selling a property to give Sheldon and his team a call.
Sheldon was fantastic. He sold my rental property easily because he's embedded with the community. A lot of agents will tell you they are actively working with buyers and to list with them. I usually roll my eyes when hearing that statement. Sheldon didn't say anything about having buyers when I listed with him. Ray was fantastic! He was always well prepared, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, provided great guidance, and was a calming presence during the craziness of house buying for the first time.
