5 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I was bone on bone in both knees and I needed to have knee replacement surgery. I stubbornly disagreed and looked for an alternative method. I listened to a podcast about Zia Clinic's method. I had been told by an Orthopedic surgeon I needed to have a full knee replacement, and I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Zia Clinic. Autumn was so professional, and kind, she did X-rays that I was able to see for myself. I had told her the orthopedic surgeon I had been seeing, told me I had bone on bone in my knees, there was no bone on bone in my left knee and that injections would give me a bit more space.
