Highly recommend if you are new to meditation and looking to expand your mind. Neeru was so kind, helpful, and patient. Booked a class for me and my boyfriend for his birthday and we both loved the experience!
Neeru is an excellent spiritual guide. She is patient, compassionate, and honest about her own struggles. After six sessions with her I already feel so much more at peace with everything in my life, and prepared to handle any troubles I may encounter going forward. She helped me a lot with my journey into meditation. I went through some difficult times during covid and meditation helped me regain my focus and confidence in myself. The course was not what I was expecting, in a very good way. Meditation is at the core, of course, and Neeru is an excellent guide to learning to meditate. But she is also a compassionate life coach.
