Crystina is the best. I found her bc her website said she specializes in POST-OP lymatic massage. She did an amazing job helping me through my mommy makeover. She was gentle, informative, and well educated on my recovery and what knew exactly what my body needed every step of the way! I cannot say enough on how impressed I was with the overall experience. The environment is clean, calming, and easily accessible for post op clients. I would recommend the Zen Den to anyone looking for specialized Post Op or recovery messages.
