I have lived here for almost two years; the apartments are nice and spacious and honestly the leasing agents are great!! Typically it feels like the front office of apartments are trying to make your life so much harder and are working against you, but these agents are just so nice, helpful, and responsive. Living here was a frustrating experience. While the location is great, that’s about the only positive. The office manager was unprofessional, and the customer service was consistently disappointing. The staff was difficult to reach, often unhelpful, and frequently made mistakes, which only added to the stress. Instead of resolving issues, they were more interested in arguing than assisting residents. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free living experience.
Need the contractor’s number for whoever insulated the place. 32 degrees outside but 75+ degrees in the apartment. Great work but not what I’m looking for when trying to live comfortably. Just open the window right? Well then listen to the train all day and night and smell the weed rolling in. Rather than fix the problem, management suggests opening the window or getting a fan. I would not recommend living in this building if you expect basic maintenance to be taken seriously. Our air conditioning has been malfunctioning, and instead of fixing the issue, management’s only response is to “open the windows”—which is completely unrealistic when we live right next to the train tracks. The noise makes it impossible to sleep or work with the windows open, not to mention that this is not a real solution to a broken AC system.
