LOVE living at The Zeller! The community is clean and comfortable. We’re always using the gym and pool, which both feel new. And the staff are so willing so help with anything needed. Zachariah hooked us up with a great apartment, and is always there to help.
Super happy with the move in process and the apartments so far. Zachariah from the leasing office made the process super easy and has been a huge help during and after move in. Highly recommend working with him!
Homeless in the area frequently, terrible management.
Love the unit, the cleanliness of the hallways, the amenities, and how quick maintenance is. Only issue I have is dog poop outside my unit, so very near the free poop bags.
Most of the staff is great, but management (Greystar) is absolute dogwater. Like many others have said, loved living there but after moving out we got slapped with charges that made no sense. When we asked questions, one of the managers was pretty cold to me and didn’t help at all. Like okay queen I get it you have a job, but why are you shilling for this mega corporation when you could be helping the people with your power.
