Most of the staff is great, but management (Greystar) is absolute dogwater. Like many others have said, loved living there but after moving out we got slapped with charges that made no sense. When we asked questions, one of the managers was pretty cold to me and didn’t help at all. Like okay queen I get it you have a job, but why are you shilling for this mega corporation when you could be helping the people with your power.
Stole money out of my account. This company is owned by Goldman Sachs, notorious for ripping off consumers. I signed a lease for $1,400 and they took HUNDREDS of dollars more out of my bank account. I demanded a refund MULTIPLE times and they said no. Be very CAREFUL renting. They do not honor their leases. They told me the money is gone and REFUSED TO REFUND IT!!!!
I lived at Zeller Apartments for over two years (from July 2022 to around October 2024). During that time, I rented both a one-bedroom and later a two-bedroom unit. Overall, while living there, I kept the apartments in good condition and always maintained a positive relationship with management. I even left a good review when I moved out. Just moved in 2 weeks ago. I mainly worked with Zach while working everything out, but all 3 people in the leasing office are great and helped me out a ton throughout the whole process.
I usually dont leave reviews BUT this one truly made me want to leave one. I can’t recommend Fio/fiorella enough if you’re looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and truly dedicated in the apartment rental world. From the very first interaction, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with.
