5 stars is for Apartment office manager Fiorella. The location is nice and her management skills add to the experience. When there is any issue she so attentive! So appreciate her patience!
If I had to describe living at The Zeller in one word, it would be convenient. They say a man's home is his castle, and this place definitely lives up to it—from the rooftop lounge right down to the dungeon (AKA the trash room 😆). The building is so big and magnificent that you can practically get a workout just walking the halls! Above all, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend living here❤️
I’ve lived at The Zeller for almost a year and a half now (even resigned another lease!) and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Zach was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our move-in process. I’ve lived at the zeller for almost three years and absolutely love it here. I recently moved to another unit in the building and Cynthia and Zach were so great and accommodating in helping me with my transfer. They are super professional but feel like friends at the same time.
