I had no experience with this law group prior to 7/1/25. I represented the seller in this transaction. Unfortunately, one of my sellers ended up in the hospital during our scheduled closing time. this is probably my worst closing situation i came across. The story is we use this firm as our previous house closing back to couple years ago, at that moment their price is reasonable. So this time when we are looking for closing lawyer, this one become one of our options. We send out email to get quote with several laywer, and this one gives us a lowest closing cost so we filter out all others and keep it as our final one.
