I was in a situation where I needed to do assignment sale. I was lucky enough to have found mary and she went above and beyond for my family. She was able to contact builder and make arrangements to have it sold on assignment which was very impressive. She also did this within a day or two which was amazing. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend mary for realtor needs and questions and will be going through mary for any of my real estate needs. 10/10!
