his was one of the worst experiences, bar none, that I have had trying to book with a Salon. First, I booked my appointment online because no one answered the phone after trying 3 different times and days. Once I booked it, I never received a confirmation. I sent several emails and never heard back to try to confirm my hair appointment. Finally, I was able to reach someone live by phone. The person was very unhelpful.
