I’m shocked by the unprofessional response to my complaints. They refuse answer them in writing, did not communicate where the sessions were going after spending a huge amount of money and not being able to engage well. A small beige tiny room with an uncomfortable couch isn’t a suitable space for a small child. Nor was the serious Psychologist - while perfectly nice- suitable. I’d requested a playful fun person. Our clinician restored my faith in counselling, they were excellent! Our child was anxious and depressed, now they've reengaged in life and have their spark back. Our clinician provided us all with skills and clear guidance. Thank you.

Honestly we are very frustrated and disappointed with how things been going. Therapist is nice and attentive but it is extremely slow communication and barely any update. Even the school has been asking us what’s next. I appreciate that if you couldn’t accommodate to us or have time please don’t offer a session. It’s not good for the child or parents as we are left hanging .
