I was banned from all Young American Salon locations earlier this year. I had been polite, paid for my services, and had positive experiences with my stylist Rachel Lopez then suddenly received an email from the owner, Julia, saying I'm no longer allowed. When I asked why, I was told "I made people uncomfortable," which is absurd and insulting. No one at this salon ever communicated any problem to me. Been going here for the last year, nice salon that’s always well kept! Frankie has always done a bang up job every time I’ve gone in. They have an array of hair care products that are carefully curated/something for everyone. Frankie’s always been able to point me in the right direction when it comes to questions about my hair/what products to use.
First time coming here, and I was very impressed and happy with the hair coloring and haircut I got from Jason! I came in initially for a consultation (wanted to go shorter but wasn't 100% set on the details or style I wanted, and also to get blue/teal peekaboo hair) and from the get-go Jason was great at really listening and making sure he understood what I wanted and was concerned about. Frankie Freshness is an incredible stylist. I had long-ish hair and wanted to cut it short. Honestly best cut I've had in my life. Look him up on Google or Instagram to see his work. On their website, he is listed under Southern Local —> Haircuts —> Short scissors. Why are you reading reviews? Just book with him already.
