Lovely studio, good teachers The Yoga Garden is a beautiful space. The desk staff is kind. The teachers are top notch. When I was looking for a yoga class, this was the studio that many, many people kept referring me to. I was not disappointed.
Great prenatal yoga with Kim The prenatal yoga classes with Kim are fantastic - you can pay as you go or register ahead of time for a series. The space is lovely - right in the heart of adorable Narberth. Parking is pretty easy to find during the Saturday class, and it's such a relaxing space. Kim tailors her class to the gestational ages of the babies in the class - as I got really close to being due, she was very helpful in having us do a lot of squats & pelvic opening poses.
