I reported a hallway battery out on a smoke detector as it was chirping. And within five minutes they had come and replaced the battery. This is not a 5 star place to stay, but it serves the purpose in an inexpensive way. I was grateful to be able to get last minute.
The worst experience... they ask for $100 just to get in; the place is a 4x4-foot space with no table. The bathroom is right across from the bed and is dirty, and they kick you out before the agreed time—believe me, that place is horrible!!!!!
Horrible experience. Made reservation several days before rsvp date through Expedia.com. Drove from California solo & experienced heavy traffic otw. So called to confirm my check in time bc I was arriving @4pm instead of 11am. I was assured that everything with my rsvp was good from someone on site @ The Yellow Penthouse. Upon arrival I was pointed to what appeared to be a kid in street style shorts and a t-shirt.
