We worked with Josh to buy our home when we first moved to Colorado. As a couple of first time home buyers, we really appreciate his patience holding our hands throughout the process. Making offers and negotiating with Josh's help was actually kind of a fun experience. He even helped arrange contractors to work on our house as soon as we closed. Would absolutely work with Josh and his team again if we are ever back on the market.
