Not very knowledgeable. We had Trisha meet us at a house in Louisa an little to my knowledge she knew nothing, but we also got linked on Zillow an I've learned that's not accurate.
This is what I received from the Yeatman Group: I was communicating with Tammi Taylor about buying a house in the Chesterfield VA for about a year. I'm in the Military and I'm relocating to Virginia. Tammi Taylor recommended Emily Still to be my realtor. I sent Emily Still a text and told her we have interest in a house. We had such an amazing experience working with Emily to purchase our dream property! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, very responsive, on top of all items, provided us very sound advice, and went well above and beyond what we expected! She truly made this experience special for us!
We worked with the Builder’s realtor ( Katelyn) as well as a representative of the Yeatman group for “design services” throughout the building process and was disappointed with the service. Overall the communication was poor, questions went unanswered for days at a time. Deceptive when it came to pricing. Condescending in tone and not always truthful sums it up. I would not recommend working with this group.
