So I really don't do this but my experience today was extremely upsetting. My appointment was 2:35. I arrived 5 mins early. 3:20 I am still not in the chair. I understand things happen however I wasn't told how much longer I would be waiting or anything. I just sat there no apology until after the fact. I did receive my deposit back however that does not make up for gas or the time spent driving an hour to get my hair done. Not to mention searching to book someone else. She the truth she walked me through exactly how I envisioned how I wanted my hair and did not disappoint
I went to Jasmine for the first time this past week to get a retwist for my locs and I have to say, I’m very impressed so far with her work! She’s professional and great at what she does and she also answered quite a few questions I asked regarding my loc journey, very knowledgeable. I love the fact that she specializes in healthy hair and that’s a plus for me and what I’ve been looking for!
