Unfortunately, wasn’t a great stay. This place need a major re-do— it’s dated, dim, and has a confusing layout. Mayra in the restaurant was an extremely rude server. The food was nasty and she wasn’t accommodating with my allergy. The worst was Sebastian when we talk to him he lie about the room we were getting, and got very defensive. Beware of Resort Charge! We booked for 2 nights through Trivago. At check in we were asked to put a credit card down for incidentals. At check out we were charged $25 per night resort charge as an incidental charge. There was no mention of this when we checked in or made the reservation with Trivago.
Good but not perfect. As a diamond member, got an upgraded room at request and complimentary cookies. Room lights were not enough and dim.
