I visited the shop on a trip to the city in 2011. I haven't had the opportunity to get back to the store during my more recent visits. I loved the location since it is different then here in Akron. The customer service was excellent. Hoping to visit the city sometime this spring and shopping at The Yarn Company is on the top of my list!
