Wow! This place is Gatlinburg quality! What it is: overloaded and tasty shakes, bowls, and sundae bar. Amazingly tasty dessert treats that will not disappoint. It wasn't even busy when we went in on Saturday at 6pm. They're open late and this would be a great place to finish a beach date, just sayin!
Good ice cream is nice, but good customer service is better. Today I entered the store and saw 3 gentleman who were clearly together speaking with someone at the register. A few moments later another employee can from the back , walking in my direction, so naturally I assumed she was coming to take my order. As I began to give her my order, she yells, “You are not first!” You are behind them! I was really excited to give this place a try because the ice cream and shakes look so amazing. It is pretty expensive for what it actually is though. They have a great assortment of store bought Hershey ice cream flavors, but there is lots of high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and bad preservatives included in them. They advertise whip cream on top, but it is actually cool whip which is artificially flavored and has the same high fructose corn syrup.
