Understaffed. Every special seems to have some uncooked dough or batter in it. Blue Bell ice cream, but all the ice creams appear to be melted & refrozen. Seating is awkward. Parking is very complicated Staff was nice, but the special dishes require more work than 2 people can do for 20+ customers in line. Needs some leadership in hereÂ
Not sure what has happened to this place but it's gone way down hill the last couple months. The customer service is terrible. Staff is not friendly, lazy, and this place is dirty. The ice cream has been freezer burnt and today they are melted. I used to love coming here but I'm going to Jeni's going forward.Â
Great ice cream and great service! Lawson and Denya were wonderful. A great way to celebrate national ice cream day!Â
I have been here several times over the last six months, every time i’m here the ice cream looks like it’s been melted and re-frozen. I came tonight for the national ice cream day special and nobody was helpful as they were all standing in the back talking to each other. the ice cream looked more melted than usual and my one scoop was VERY freezer burnt. I would NOT recommend this place, especially for the price.Â
Worst $15 I’ve ever spent. Save your money and save the calories!Â
