I was sitting in the shared space. I asked if I could have a napkin and whoever was working there on 10/27 responded with “are you going to buy something?” I wasn’t sure what she meant by that response, so I asked again if I could have a napkin. She told me to go get one from Raising Canes because they have “10000 people coming in and we only had 3 today.” She walked away and started crocheting something. I an notnevenbsure if that was customer service. We went to try the milk shake an hour and 15 minutes before closing and she said it was available. Got an ice-cream and it was ok.
Place has fallen off.
