The customer service was awful. We asked for items that were on the menu online and were told we can’t order that, the gal behind the counter rolled her eyes and seemed to hate her job. The services and quality is not worth the price.

If there is less than one start will do it. Waiting for more than half hour no one there. No sign left for break. I waited just to see who was the employee that taking care of the business.
Over the coming months trying everything I've decided to leave an honest review critiquing the place. I'd say overall it's definitely an above average dessert place. The icecream is phenomenal since they use the Blue Bell Brand ice cream. And the milkshakes are certainly delicious both classic and specialty. The main criticism I hear is the price which I feel is an overused complaint.
