Very friendly on the phone. Simple process. Ordered organic root mulch online and got to pick my delivery date and time. About 45 minutes before drop off they called to let me know they would be arriving.
Easy to order online. I ordered topsoil and mulch. Driver called and checked if they could delivery earlier which is great. Prices was good.
I've used The Yard for mulch delivery and firewood delivery. On both occasions they were excellent to work with. Good customer service, on-time and great pricing.

This is my second year bulk ordering mulch from The Yard and these guys continue to be terrific. Not only is their site super easy to use and order from, their prices are decent and delivery is timely. This time I managed to place my order with the wrong date, so I called up the office and immediately they sorted out my order for me with no fuss. Highly recommend!
