Yard Butler performs quick and thorough job of snow removal.
They work hard and are very honest. They treat there employees like family.
I haven’t used the Yard Butler personally but I have to say I have had the opportunity to witness some of their amazing workers. On Wednesday September 11th my granddaughter and I witnessed a couple of Yard Butler workers push a ladies vehicle that had broke down at the light on Hitt and Sunnyside around 9:00 am. We just had our first experience with The Yard Butler. Met Bradley at a personal event told him our problem he right away said oh ya we can help you and they did. He sent Charlie out two days later and our sprinkler station that hadn’t been working all summer was up and running within an hour . Thank you Bradley and Charlie! We will definitely call you again.
Had them blow out my sprinklers for the winter and received a bill for an additional $10. I paid the original cost for up to eight zones. I have seven zones plus one more for a garden that’s on a manual valve with two hose hook ups all within fifteen feet from each other. Seems like 8 zones to me. I would have opened them myself is I knew it was going to cost me another $10. The guy never said a word about it. They claim that the two hose hook ups count as two zones. How is beyond me. A reliable company that did a good job helping us in an emergency, really close to a holiday. Our project manager did a great job of explaining the reasons for our cost.
Check these guys out when you need your yard worked on. This company is the way to go!
I want to begin by saying, be careful what reviews you read. They may not be completely truthful. But as a previous employee at The Yard Butler I can tell you right now that this company is not as it seems. They may appear nice and friendly to begin with but they don’t handle criticism well. I had countless customers who were very unpleased with the service from the higher ups, and the lack of respect. They were shady to work for.
