First time coming to this location. It's off Main Street in beautiful Ventura! I loved the location, the huge TVs on every wall and the service! The food was tasty and the atmosphere was great!

Of all the places to breakdown, my car chose Ventura. Lucky us. I think... While waiting for our rescue, my daughter and I popped into this establishment. After the panic and stress of the preceding hours, I was in need of a cocktail. The build appears historic, It has a nice patio area in the back and a second back bar. I can see a bad was setting up. A fun little bar with good food right on the Main Street Walk. Our waitress was excellent and made our afternoon special.

Been a Cronies regular for 30+ years but had no idea this place existed until I ran into Dave at the original Ventura Cronies a couple weeks ago. I had the fried chicken sandwich that was very good. Pub fries were a new thing and also pretty good. The Full Monty didn't impress and wasn't very toasty. The house blue cheese was a bust and it took some doing to get drink refills, probably at least partly because the waitress was training a new hire. Call it 3 1/2 stars.
