Do NOT BUY nor rent here, Elevators are a nightmare, probably this is the worst high-rise apartment building in one of the best neighborhoods. Nice views, nice pool, hallways, GYM, but elevators would go bad ALL THE TIME, several times out of 4 elevators only 1 would work. see pics, that is a normal life here. I've rented 2 months because I wanted to get to know the building ( Lived about 10 years in Sobe ). Be very careful if you buy here. Owners/residents even would say that is normal to get stuck inside an elevator.... th... read more

Do not drive in the parking garage you will be billed and sent to collections. Total scam
The valet here told my uber driver “Hola amigo, don’t come here again or I’m going to call ice on you. Comprende? I’m going to deport you.” I told him not to talk to him like that. He said they knows not to drive to the front and to go straight to the back. My sister was also coming in an uber so I told her to drive straight back to avoid the harassment of the valet here. However, when she arrived the same guard stepped in front of her car as they were going straight and made the same deportation threats unprovoked. This was... read more
