I had an appointment to tour this place since I am looking for an apartment to rent in Bradenton. I received two emails from them before my appointment telling me that they would be eager to show me how "beautiful, safe, and clean" the place was. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I’ve been living here for three years, and it’s gone completely downhill. Everything was fine until management started letting in the worst kind of tenants. My next-door neighbors are a nightmare, constantly fighting late night, slamming doors at all hours, and ignoring every lease rule without any consequences. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Our lease has been a struggle ever since we moved in. They have nice staff but it’s like pulling teeth to ever get anything done around here. We have had a list of issues but the one that takes the cake are all the pot smokers!!! Constantly very morning and night our apartment reeks of marijuana.
