YMCA super !!
Sept 2025 Shelly the instructor for Stretch & Recovery at Centennial Hills YMCA is great. The exercises utilize chairs, poles, scarves and mats. There is no mudic so we can hear her. We do warm up first. Then Shelly asks if anyone has issues such as shoulder pain, neck pain, etc. Then she shows us the exercises for those specific areas.
