I DO NOT recommend renting here unless you truly have no other options. The location is convenient. It’s right next to Giant and the train station. And like many people have mentioned, the maintenance team is friendly and helpful. I agree with that based on my own experience. Most neighbors are friendly too. I’m never a complainer and usually get along with pretty much everyone. My only real issue is with the management team. My wife and I have lived here for a few months now and have had a great experience thus far. We love the area and the apartment. We have had submit a handful of maintenance requests due to some standard problems that have come up and the maintenance team here has been incredible - in particular, Chad. Chad has been very kind, a great communicator, and swift in answering all of our requests. Please do not rent here :( I have had very poor service from the management team. My heat went out MORE THAN A MONTH AGO and I have been living with space heaters ever since. I have been told multiple times by management that maintenance will handle the situation yet my heat remains unfixed. I have called and complained and nothing seems to be changing. I only have a space heater in my room and the rest of my apartment is FREEZING. Iv'e been eating less because my kitchen and living room are so cold! The prices you pay in re... read more
