Neither is responsive to property issues, and both have contributed to making the property feel trashy—both figuratively and literally. They removed most of the outdoor community areas, including the charcoal grills and gazebo, and even told residents their children aren’t allowed to play on the grass. The initial tour was great. The apartment seemed great. The apartment still is great... for the most part. In any apartment tour, the leasing agent is going to promise you the world. This place doesn't deliver on any of them. "Oh, of course we have a system that will hold your packages! We're delighted to bring them into the office while you're on vacation!"
