PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING MOVING IN: I was billed for utilities, paid them, and kept proof of payment. Despite this, they later claimed I was never charged, then added those same charges again months later and even tacked on a late fee. A collective fee of 300+ dollars. Horrible apartments. The many new and 5 star reviews have to be fake. Safe? Communication? Upkeep? None of that here. If you want no water, no hot water randomly when the water is working,sketchy people, nobody in office to help,break ins, randomly waking up to your car towed for no reason, drug users, kids throwing rocks at your cars, broken and way way overpriced washer and dryers in a dirty out building, trash all over the sidewalks and street. I highly recommend this apartment complex. I moved here in August 2019, and it is an enjoyable and pleasant place to live. First, the management and maintenance crew are fabulous: Ms, Kiera and Mr. Jesse, then Ms. Claire and other members of the team helped me to make my apartment very comfortable and safe for me and for my son. They really respond very quickly to all requests and do exceptional service.
