I have really enjoyed living here, surprisingly, due to being a country girl who grew up outside city limits. It is super convenient location. Close to everything. So nice not to have to drive over 20 minutes to get to a store, unless it's lunch/rush hour, understandable. The apartment is comparable for price, these days. Claire at the office is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guy is a nice and seems to be a super honest guy. I like vines at edmond apartments. Maintenance is pretty quick to rectify issues. But is an older complex. So not top of the line. But also not 1200 a month for 1 bed, 1 bath. I live at back so the bigger family units are away from me.
I have lived here going on 4 years now. I've seen a lot of things while living here. Most of them I can let go.... Yes, the water is out all the time. Yes, the apartments aren't properly lit at night. Yes, the gnats are awful in the spring/summer. Yes, there's a permanent large water leak by the dog park. Yes, my car has been broken into several times. Yes, the washer and dryers are constantly broken. Yes, to all of it! If you have an issue, more than likely they will be able to help you. There is a new offsite Resident Support Team which is great. Clair is the best property director in the world.
