Hopefully this will be the review that prevents future tenants from renting here until this management gets their act together. This building comes with countless issues ranging from elevators that have been out for months to black mold simply being painted over and what these people do is increase rent sky high WITHOUT EVEN PROVIDING THE SERVICES WE’RE PAYING RENT FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Don't move here if you have respiratory issues, or even mild allergies. The mold in the walls is aggressive. They paint over it which crumbles over time and creates dust. see pic for landlord special
Nothing but problems with the company. It's an actual crime how they treat this buildings. Laundry is so bad I hit a refund limit. Paperwork gets lost. The emergency line is a call center. They're good about pests, must be a legal thing because there's no other indication they care about the tenants. I think there's a policy to paint over mold. Building built in 1924. It is something you're beautiful, but as with anything this old. It continuously needs work. Only one operational elevator in the lobby at the time being. For the most part the place is well kept.
