I have been a customer at this medical spa for over a year, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Since January 17, the clinic repeatedly canceled or postponed my appointments. It was moved to January 24 and then canceled again due to a storm. Christina told me she would call to reschedule once the weather improved, but I never received any follow-up.
