I have lived here for six years now with my wife. It is a very clean building with a nice rooftop patio and for the most part, it is well run by the Condo board. There are some minor issues with any condo, but we are very happy here I would recommend it to anyone who likes a central location as it is quite walkable to downtown with its shops pubs restaurants and work places. I’ve lived at The Wycliffe for over a decade. During that time, I’ve served both on the board on and off. Joining a condo board is a great opportunity to learn about the corporation of which you have bought into, as well as learn about the importance of the provincial condo Act, condo-specific bylaws, and how it differs from owning a home.
