Ginny is hands-down the best realtor I could ever ask for. She helped me buy my very first home, then later my rental property, and when it came time to sell both of them, she made the process so smooth. I was even living out of state for my rental sale and everything went perfectly. Along the way, she became a great friend and feels like family. Timely communication, well researched comps, great referrals to packing/moving company and handyman. Stager included. Last minute issues handled professionally. The video posted on Zillow was fabulous. So much better than other Zillow listings. By the time the house was ready to list we didn't want to move. But with a cash offer in 24 hours we had to jump. Sold our house just over a year ago. No regrets. Only KUDOS to the sales team.
It’s very hard to express in words the Handwork and Care that i received when Listing , staging, showing and selling my home. The team communicated every step of the way providing transparency , solutions and out of the box thinking to make this sale happen. This current market is Wonky and the traditional expectations of buying and selling homes are different - This team has the smarts the know how and most importantly listens to their client.
Ginny and her team sold my house for a good price in an extremely difficult real estate market. She knows this area very well and kept us up to date on a weekly basis of what was selling and for how much.
