Kacey was very professional from the start. He came prepared to present what he could do for us, but also listened to what we were hoping to accomplish selling our house. He gave us two viable options and listing prices for each that were in line with the way in which we wanted to proceed. Kacey was amazing!!! There is a reason he is #1! He helped us navigate every aspect of getting our family home ready to sell and gave us great advice on how to maximize value. He helped set up painters, carpet, landscape and several other things. He was so understanding and compassionate during a stressful time after losing a parent.
