Great service from a genuine owner that really cares
Danielle Wright took over Nextgen management a couple years back and the service for our commercial office park has been a in decline ever since, they were not prepared for our budget meeting this year, gave an incomplete budget for us to complete ourselves on the day of the meeting after I had asked for weeks, they gave us wrong info on our bank balance by 85k and we used that to do our budget, which we had to revise at our expense, bounced a check they wrote and then tried to blame on us, They do not fulfill their obligati... read more
great people all around, positive attitude, always polite great community overall 10/10 never had an issue and alway’s communicate’s as efficiently as possible!
Since Danielle bought NextGen and converted it to Wright Management our community’s management went to hell. Horrible response to the board, horrible response to residents, accounting errors, no payment to vendors. There are always personal excuses to the lack of response and no accountability.
